Do not return to our registered address in Portishead, as we have numerous warehousing facilities in the UK and we will email you the return address.

Returns should be made in the original packaging, showing no signs of use. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us less administration and any other necessary charges such as our cost of delivering which can be up to 25% of the invoice value subject to a £30.00 minimum charge. We reserve the right to withhold a further percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. We will only refund card and PayPal payments from which the original payment was made.
